DIY Package

The DIY package is great for parents who are comfortable following a plan but need a little bit of follow up, just in case!
This package includes a sleep plan that has a schedule, strategies for sleep and how to manage 'what if' scenarios.
Plus 3 follow-up calls to be used in 2 weeks following the sleep plan review if needed.
Nap Support Package
$300.00 + gst CAD
The Nap Support Package is great for parents of babies who are sleeping well overnight, and go to bed independently at bedtime, but naps are needing some help!
This package is two weeks in length, includes a sleep log review and phone/text support during the two weeks.
